We often assume we are treating our customers well, but its worthwhile to step back from time to time and ask ourselves two questions:

1. “am I treating my customers well?”.
2. “could I treat my customers better?”.

You may have the best product in the world, but first and foremost people buy from people. If your clients are starting to feel you aren’t treating them well then its the equivalent to opening your doors to your competitors.
